I just wanted to write you a short note to truly thank you for the opportunity that you and your companies, Absolute Home Solutions and JL Investing, LLC provided me over the past two years.

When I found your “seller will finance” property located on Central Ave, SE in Washington, DC, I thought the opportunity was too good to be true!  I wasn’t able to qualify for a traditional mortgage for a second property, since my credit wasn’t perfect.  I had cash available, and was trying to get a new non-profit off the ground, which needed a single family home to operate successfully.

When I saw your home for sale, you provided me with a fair price and interest rate and allowed me to purchase the home without having to qualify at a bank or mortgage company.

You made the process simple and seamless.  You had a professional third party company handle the payment processing and provide me with a 1099 at the end of the year, just like any mortgage company would.  I received accurate monthly statements from them without any problems or errors.

As you know, there were a couple of title issues on the property that you helped me clear up. I was actually worried that I might not be able to sell the property, but you took care of all of title problems, and I didn’t have to worry about any of them.
